Prices

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. CEJTEC reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices at the time of purchase will remain valid for your order.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:​

• PayPal

• Credit/Debit card (Mastercard, Visa)

All payments are securely processed to ensure your data's safety. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.

Slovenian Orders

• Standard Shipping: €5 (approx. 2-5 working days for delivery from dispatch).
  We aim to process and cut each wrap within 3-5 working days after receiving the order.

International Orders

• Worldwide Shipping: €15 (approx. 5-15 working days for delivery, depending on location).
  All international shipments are tracked for your convenience.

Order Processing

All wraps are custom-made to order:

• Production time: 3–5 working days.

• Shipping time: 2–5 working days for Slovenian orders; 5–15 working days for international orders.

Shipping/Order Issues

• Order Issues: Check your order upon receipt. For any errors or defects, contact us at info@cejtec.com within 48 hours of receipt.

• Lost Shipments: In case of non-delivery, contact us within 10 days for Slovenian orders and 30 days for international orders. Replacement items will only be dispatched after confirmation from the shipping provider that the parcel is lost.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues with our products or services, please contact us at info@cejtec.com. Provide your order number, detailed information about the issue, and any supporting photos or documents. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm your bike/frame/forks details before placing the order. We are not responsible for paint peeling after removing the protection kit. Therefore, before purchasing a protection kit, please check the condition and quality of the paint. We do not recommend purchasing if the paint is old or worn.
